Montessori Authentic Practice Guide Training
Montessori schools and centres wishing to join the Montessori Quality: Authentic Practice (MQ:AP) program nominate a staff member to become their Montessori Authentic Practice Guide. MAP Guide training is provided via these seminar sessions.
At the start of a Montessori education service’s Montessori Quality: Authentic Practice (MQ:AP) journey, they select a staff member to become their nominated Montessori Authentic Practice (MAP) Guide. All MAP Guides will undertake training for their role.
The following schedule is the first MAP Guide training, a total of 9 seminar sessions to be held live via Zoom. This training is free to existing MQ:AP members, who can book by emailing the name, mobile and email address of their MAP Guide to [email protected]. Education services planning to join MQ:AP can book their nominated MAP Guide on this training, delivered over these 9 seminar sessions.

- Attain Understanding of Montessori Philosophy (The Prepared Adult Standards)
- Develop Understanding of Montessori Pedagogy (The Education Program Standards)

- Develop Understanding of Montessori Pedagogy (The Prepared Environment Standards)
- Enhance Stakeholder Engagement
- Reflect Critically using Five Principles
