The successful applicant will:
- Have Montessori Training and experience in Cycle 1
- Will be passionate about teaching students using the Montessori Method.
- Will develop nurturing and caring relationships with the children based on respect and trust.

- Will lead by example and create a peaceful, joyful, beautiful and orderly environment where children are disciplined and free to learn in their own unique way.
