Position: Montessori Service Manager

Qualifications & Qualities:

• Working with Children’s Check 
• First Aid & Anaphylaxis Training
• Diploma of Early Education and Care 
• Montessori heart that beats to the rhythm of Maria Montessori’s vision
• The Leadership compass that navigates with empathy, courage, and a sprinkle of stardust
• A bouquet of years’ experience in early childhood education or management
• Montessori certification or willingness to embark on this journey
• Confidence dealing with multiple priorities and the ability to remain a calming influence on others whilst delivering on commitments. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Above “basic” computer & technology skills
• Enthusiasm and motivation with a desire to improve and become better 
• Small amount of OCD to ensure the Centre stays in tip top shape and performs at a high level on a day-to-day basis

• Conducting the curriculum by harmonizing the Montessori materials, nature exploration, and creative expression into a symphony of learning experiences.
• Being the gardener of growth that nurture the minds and hearts of our children, ensuring they flourish like sunflowers reaching for the sky.
• Being a budget whisperer that can manage resources wisely while also balancing the magic of learning with practical realities.
