This beautiful book contains 35 postcard-size full-colour art reproductions representing five modern schools of art: Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Cubism, Surrealism and Abstract. Each card has a brief description of the artist and the painting on the reverse side of the card, ending with a question to direct the child's attention to the details of the painting. There is also a card introducing each school of art, 5 cover cards, a short timeline on the back cover of the five schools of art and brief instructions on the inside cover.
