Assistant Director: Governance and School Reviews, The Association of Independent Schools of NSW
CHRIS DUNCAN is the Division Head for Governance at the Association of Independent Schools of New South Wales and is responsible for the development of new AIS initiatives in governance and financial management. He has extensive experience as a Head in a range of independent schools in NSW and interstate. Much of his work has involved leading schools and working with boards to achieve sustained improvements in educational outcomes, financial viability and standards of governance. Chris holds a Masters Degree in International Education Policy from the University of Melbourne and is currently researching a PhD in Australian education policy at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education.
