About The Roles - Apprentice Educators and Diploma Qualified Educators:

• Apprentices - build on your existing Cert III ECEC qualification and advance your career studying Diploma qualifications in ECEC and Montessori Early Childhood Education.
• Diploma Qualified Educators - Diploma ECEC qualified Educators can enhance their skills by undertaking a Diploma Montessori leading to opportunities for advancement into senior roles for interested educators.

No Montessori experience is required, however upon appointment all Educators will be supported to complete Montessori qualifications through our affiliated college, Building Futures Education https://bfe.edu.au/.

Selection Criteria:

• Willingness to enrol in and complete ECEC and Montessori Early Childhood Education qualifications (if not already held).
• Experience as a Childcare Assistant/Early Childhood Educator.
• A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• All applicants must hold or be eligible to apply for a valid paid Blue card (WWC). Restricted persons need not apply.
• Hold level HLTAID012 First Aid and CPR or willing to complete upon commencement.
