What we would like:
- Montessori experience preferred
- Established knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Previous experience in educational leadership role
- Experience in overseeing and implementing a program based on children's needs and interests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to support and work collaboratively with our team, and assist and support the Centre Director in the general day-to-day running of the TGCM
Credentials:
- Diploma in Montessori Education (advantage)
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher (ACECQA approved)
- Working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (advantage)
- First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Blue Card
