Early Childhood Cert 3 Educator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Cert 3 Educator to join our Mount Claremont team. The centre is open Monday to Friday from 7am-6pm, so the working shifts would be a 7.5 hour working day.

If you are an Educator who has stepped into a Montessori classroom and grasped the essence of what is Montessori Education or someone who is interested in continuing your knowledge, skills and understanding of the Montessori Method of Learning, we'd love to hear from you.

We believe in child centre learning that is embedded in our approach ‘the Montessori Method of Education & the Early Years Learning Framework’. Each child in our care will be guided and facilitated to reach their full potential through the recognition that not all children learn the same way. It is our duty and responsibility as educators to provide an environment rich in choice and possibilities.

“The greatest sign of success for a teacher… is to be able to say, the children are now working as if I did not exist” Dr. Maria Montessori.

*We provide all Montessori training required*
