With a strong emphasis on staff, families, and children, we're seeking a dynamic and motivated team to help set up a brand new Centre and pave the way for the Montessori-Early Childhood Industry. Our beautiful purpose-built facility is expected to be unveiled late 2023 and we are seeking passionate Montessori educators who can contribute to its success.
Seeking: Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), Educational Leader, Diploma, Cert 3 and trainees.
Attributes would include:
- Suitable Montessori qualifications – Assistant Orientation Certificate or Diploma (AMI preferred), or willing to obtain
- Experienced Educators with a current qualification that meets ACECQA regulations and current knowledge of the Early Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Child protection training
- Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate and Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- A desire to work collaboratively with staff and students in a Montessori environment
- A passion and understanding for child-led, individualised learning.
- A warm and caring manner with a positive approach.
- Work well in a team environment
