Full-time position from Term 2, 2023
We are seeking a dedicated pre-school Educator to work in our Full Day Montessori Pre-school Program catering for children between the ages of 3 to 5. The successful applicant will be required to work five (5) days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) from 8.00am to 4.15pm (Wednesday and Thursday) 8.00am to 4.30pm. The position will commence from 24th April, 2023.
There will be an opportunity for an orientation prior to commencement of employment.
Applicants are required to have the following as a minimum;
- Certificate III in Children’s Services
- a current Working With Children Check
- Montessori Certificate preferred or an understanding of the Montessori Philosophy
- a firm commitment to the Montessori Method and Philosophy
- the ability to work well in a collaborative team
- have good organisational skills
- warm and caring manner with children and their parents
- excellent communication skills
- First Aid Certificate
- Police Check
Preference will be given to applicants that have had their COVID-19 vaccination.
