This is not a Centre based position. This is an opportunity to set-up and succeed not only as an Educator but a business owner. If working from home to provide quality care for children is something that attracts you then this is an opportunity to consider.  Family Day Care Educators are supported by our team of experienced, open and caring coordinators who will work with you to not only get up and running but support you as you grow and develop. We currently employ 100+ employees in our Long Day Care services.  We also operate our own Family Day Care scheme that was established to continue to support families. 

About the Role:

Selection criteria:

  • Minimum of a Certificate 3 in Child Care Studies or willing to obtain
  • Willing to obtain a Senior first aid Certificate
  • Willing to obtain Blue Card and also applicable for anyone 18 years and over and lives in your home
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • A passion for Early Childhood and working with children
  • Be able to build respectful relationships with children and families
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship-skills, and a genuine empathetic interest in people
