The Assistant Montessori Advisor assist in the design, implementation and delivery of the Habitat Early Learning’s Montessori Programs. The role will be required to work from multiple locations. Frequent travel will be required.

  • Assist Montessori Advisor in providing daily guidance, direction and leadership to staff across all Montessori classrooms. 
  • Provide recommendations in relation to the strategic direction of the Montessori division in relation to staff, curriculum, programs and initiatives. 
  • Assist with delivery of high-quality interactions and responsive Montessori-based pedagogies are consistently maintained, and that educators are supported in a manner conducive to continuous improvement. 
  • Assist in ensuring that education programs are aligned with the Montessori philosophy are consistently implemented across the Montessori division. 
  • Assist with implementation of systems for providing Montessori curriculum support to educators and for engaging in consultation processes with educators, children and families. 
  • Assist with delivery or coordination of internal and external Montessori training for relevant staff. 
  • Assist with development and implementation of parent education initiatives designed to promote the goals of a Montessori Education and Habitat’s programs. 


  • A qualified and experienced Early Childhood professional. 
  • Montessori qualified and experienced. 
  • Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of training programs to employee groups. 
  • Highly organised with sound computer literacy skills - including Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Able to interact professionally and effectively with co-workers, managers, parents, families, etc. 
  • Able to attain a Blue Card (note, it is an offence for a disqualified person to sign a blue card application). 
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to change.
  • Career driven and focused on exceptional outcomes.
