Montessori Garden is an Exceeding rated service and operates within long day care hours.
We are inviting candidates to apply for the positions of Lead Educator / Co-Educator in our Kindergarten and Pre-Kindergarten room. Montessori Diploma (or studying toward) essential and Diploma Early Childhood applications are preferred, however applicants holding a Certificate III qualification may be considered. Experience working in a Montessori environment is highly regarded.
The position available:
- Montessori Lead / Assistant Educator (dependent on qualifications)
- Permanent Part Time position (Up to 37.5hrs per week)
- Centre hours are Mon-Fri 630am-630pm
- MUST be available 5 days a week
- Working with children aged 2.5years – 6 years
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum Cert III Children's Services
- Currently enrolled in a Montessori Diploma or Montessori Diploma qualified
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Montessori classroom
- Knowledge of EYLF and the NQF
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
- Food Handling Certificate
- Current Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
